1. In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 45 days of receiving it. reimbursement for return shipping is unavailable.
2. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 45 day period for a refund. This is subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee ,payable in advance.Reimbursement is unavailable.

One Year Free Repair Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, product warranty is one year counted from the date of purchase. Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.
Items outside warranty coverage (i.e. older than one year) can still be returned to us for repair. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges both ways. The buyer must pay the reshipping fee to us before the item is authorized for repair.
Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components. The buyer will also have to pay shipping fees both ways too.
All VolumeBest RC Toys are strictly quality controlled prior to dispatch. Due to their nature and intended usage cases, RC Toys are subject to wear and tear through repeated use. As such, our 45 Day Money Back Guarantee relating to RC Toys only covers "dead on arrival" instances where the RC Toy product does not work out of the box. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to inspect the product(s) carefully upon arrival.
Product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage during use, is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by warranty. Similarly, the warranty does NOT cover RC Toys that have crashed, been damaged or lost due either to extended use or misuse of any kind. VolumeBest strongly recommends proper supervision as we cannot accept liability for any injury, accidents or damage caused by the product or your use of it.
Other Special Product Warranty
This applies to: watches, flashlights, phone and tablet accessories. Returns for the above categories can only be accepted within 7 days from the date you received the item. This is for exchange or store credit only if they arrive damaged, are clearly defective, or are the wrong item(s). Relevant merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact along with a correctly and fully completed RMA form.
How to Utilize the Warranty (Return, Repair and Refund)
Only faulty items can be returned under warranty for full monetary compensation.
If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center.
1. Please describe the specific problem with your item in detail, i.e. what happened, how and when?
2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Please give us the specific item code(s) indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Please send us clear photographs of defects/issue(s) taken in good lighting conditions.
PS: Ideally, the photos should be clear and focused, well-lit, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our very best to assist you once we have received the above information.
Missing Items, Wrong Items or Package Sent
A partial refund is offered for missing or incorrectly shipped items. We can provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or incorrectly shipped accessories, while a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents carefully before signing for any package received.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Contact us for RMA authorization first; this should be done within 5 days of receiving the item, with the product shipped back via the least expensive method.
